Implementation of transparent and predictable employment conditions
On April 19, 2022, the House of Representatives approved the bill to implement the European Directive on transparent and predictable employment conditions.

The directive sets out the minimum rights of every worker in the European Union with regard to the information that must be provided to an employee and when that information must be provided. In addition, the directive contains minimum requirements for working conditions, which cover, among other things, the possibility of having several jobs, the predictability of work, the right to refuse work outside the work schedule, the transition to other forms of work and the financing of compulsory training. The bill will enter into force on 1 August 2022. Employers must get to work to prevent discussions and problems in the future.
